Lil' Sprouts Preschool is a Montessori environment where children will learn for themselves and have fun doing it!
Lil' Sprouts Preschool philosophy is built on the belief that ALL children are capable of achieving personal greatness and are born ready to learn. We understand and believe that if children are treated with respect and love, the world that they help create as adults will be an increasingly better place. Because of such, our program respects children as unique individuals and uses a multidisciplinary approach to guide each child in their own feeling of success. We are committed to providing a child centered, creative, and fun learning environment to develop the whole child
Early Years Preschool
The Early Years Pre-School recognises your child’s unique learning approach to play and the world around them. The program is set up so that your child(ren) can discover play materials through open ended and teacher directed educational opportunities depending on your child(s/rens) learning style, comfort level, personality and interest. The program uses the Ages & Stages check list, the mile stones checklist, and observations of your child to gear programing that challenge and nurture your child’s developmental milestones. The program recognises that individuality in learning styles is key to fostering an environment where children can use materials in open ended methods so children learn to think outside of the box, problem solve, acquire leadership opportunities and nurture team building skills. Teacher directed learning opportunities come into play when Educators want to present factual learning in concrete and abstract methods to children so they can have a baseline in which to draw conclusions from when presented with a prediction, hypothesis that may beyond their current associative experience.
Kindergym Pre-school
KinderGym is a government licesnsed preschool program for children ages 3.5 combining both preschool activities as well as gymnastics. At KinderGym your child is learning through play in a social environment. Our play centers and crafts will help him/her to learn to share and work on fine motor skills. Our time in the gym helps to burn off some energy and work on gross motor development, balance and coordinator. The children will be busy learning different activities and themes each week.
All participants must be fully potty trained and 3 years of age prior to the start date of the program.
